Refund policy

At BLUEFLY JEWELS, we are committed to delivering premium quality jewellery. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Return / Refund

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof.
  • The video must:
    • Start before opening the package
    • Clearly show the sealed packaging
    • Capture the damage in the product

Time Frame

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this time frame will not be considered.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
  • Failure to provide valid unboxing video proof

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
