Refund policy
At BLUEFLY JEWELS, we are committed to delivering premium quality jewellery. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are here to assist you.
Eligibility for Return / Refund
- Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof.
- The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed packaging
- Capture the damage in the product
Time Frame
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after this time frame will not be considered.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
- Failure to provide valid unboxing video proof
Refund Process
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
